Do you require minimums or can I order just one item?
No, with the exception of Screenprinting, we do not require minimums...you can order just 1 item or 1000 or more. Of course, we do offer generous discounts for higher quantities as indicated on each product page, but even if ordering just one item, our prices are great!

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We offer our aprons blank or customized with 3 different methods. Most orders will ship the next business day. Please see our Shipping Information page for complete details.

What shipping method do you use and how long does it take?
Most shipments will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location and proximity to our location (Green Bay, WI). Shipping times to most locations in the United States are 1 to 5 business days. Please see our Shipping Information page for complete details.

Which products can be custom embroidered?
Essentially, ALL of our products can be personalized with custom embroidery or screenprinting. Most aprons can be digitally printed in the color white. If you have any question about how a particular item is embroidered or printed, please do not hesitate to use our contact us form to ask.

Can you embroider my business logo?

Can you get other products for embroidery (shirts, caps, jackets, etc.)...other than the aprons you show on your website?
Yes, we have access to hundreds of vendors and can get just about anything you want. Just let us know what you are looking for and we will find it for you. Do you have any products that can ship right away?
Yes, if you need something right away, we usually have a variety of products in stock that can be completed and shipped right away for you. There may be an additional rush charge for this service, but that depends on our current level of production activity (some times during the year are slower than other times).
